Description

Wall Seal 25 is a 100% acrylic-based clear sealer for use as a protective coating on walls and ceilings. The application of Wall Seal greatly reduces dirt pick-up from pollution-laden air. Wall Seal does not alter the colour of the surface to which it is applied.

  • Topcoat for all Durex® Architectural Coatings
  • Sealer for masonry and concrete substrates, including ceilings and soffits
  • Interior and exterior application
  • All locations where a clear weather shield is desired

Coverage

Porous surfaces:

  • 4 m²/litre first coat (163 ft²/gal)
  • 6 m²/litre second coat (245 ft²/gal)
  • 8 m²/litre third coat (326 ft²/gal)

Smooth/non porous surfaces:

  • 6 m²/litre first coat (244 ft²/gal)
  • 10 m²/litre second coat (407 ft²/gal)

Actual coverage will vary depending on the porosity and composition of the substrate(s). A test sample should be applied to establish practical coverage on the actual substrate
