EMC is a 100% acrylic based elastomeric high build protective waterproof wall coating. Its unique formulation permits bridging of minor cracks which can normally appear in walls. A breathable coating, EMC provides an effective weather shield for wall surfaces.

EMC can be applied over any solid wall substrate including but not limited to the following:
- Clean concrete and masonry and all other types of cementitious surfaces
- Ideal for both exterior and interior surfaces
- Ideal for coating stone, precast, exposed aggregate surfaces
- Ideal for recoating existing stucco surfaces with minor cracks, cement plaster and EIFS
- Suitable for recoating previously painted surfaces

Coverage rate will vary according to the porosity and roughness of the surface being coated. Very rough or porous surfaces may require more than 2 coats to provide the required minimum 10 mils dry film thickness. |
