Cement Finish Blend is a cement/sand mix that incorporates a well-balanced blend of selected aggregates and fillers formulated to provide ideal physical properties and excellent workability features for the patching and repair of concrete floors and walls.
- Ambient, surface and material temperatures must be above 5°C (41°F) during application and curing period
- Allow to cure for 24 hours before topping with a self-leveling underlayment.
- Allow to cure for 7+ days before topping with a non-permeable protective coating and epoxy/polyurethane coatings. All patches must be measured to be below 4% moisture content.
Cement Finish Blend is a versatile product which can be used in the patching and repair of concrete floors and walls. It is to be installed as a repair material prior to a self-leveling underlayment topping and/or any other decorative flooring overlays and as a repair mortar compound for repairing and smoothing concrete walls and overhead repairs. Cement Finish Blend can be used as a concrete repair for Durex® Protective Floor Coatings.
