Description

Dur-A-Fast Repair Mortar is a rapid and cold curing, reactive polyurethane modified methyl methacrylate (MMA) based resin product designed for the formulation of repairing and rehabilitation of civil engineering and other concrete structure applications.

Uses

Dur-A-Fast Repair Mortar is typically designed for patches (up to 1” (25mm) thick), overlays and grouting of slabs. The cured system exhibits high early and ultimate strength in 1 hour. Dur-A-Fast Repair Mortar can be applied in a temperature range of -20oC to 30oC. Dur-A-Fast Repair Mortar is also used for repair of work or damaged concrete, repair of pre-cast concrete units, bedding and sealing concrete units, steelwork, road furniture, grouting in dowel pins, rag bolts, holding down bolts, starter bars and for fixing tiles, slabs, precast facings.
