Dur-A-Patch RS-45 is 100% solids, two-component, fast curing thixotropic flexible epoxy gel. It is a NON-SAG gel (thixotropic paste) with excellent adhesion, high strength, with excellent physical properties and easy to use as a versatile general-purpose epoxy mortar. Dur A Patch RS-45 is a stiff but easily workable compound that can be applied by trowel, spatula or knife. It cures to give high mechanical properties typical of epoxy compounds. It is resistant to oils, greases, petroleum, salts, many acids and alkalis and most commonly met corrosive media. It does not shrink on curing. Its impact resistance and mechanical strength is greater than that of concrete.

Dur-A-Patch RS-45 is used to repair concrete substrates, fill cracks and joints in concrete. The product has a degree of flexibility, allowing it to resist breaking and cracking.
