Durex® ACR Smooth Coat is a Portland cement, plaster mix formulated with numerous ideal features to facilitate an ideal smooth and true surface required to obtain the high-quality final finish appearance of the Durex® ACR specific system. This flexible cementitious coating is a dry polymer based fine powder which is mixed with water at the time of application.
Durex® ACR Smooth Coat is a user-friendly premixed mix which requires only the addition of potable water. It provides the following features:

Durex® ACR Smooth Coat is specially designed for use in the Durex® ACR Finish Systems to create a “smooth” surface required for the application of the fine finishes of the respective system. Furthermore, this versatile fine coating can be used on a multitude of substrates to create an ideal smooth and tough base for applications such as high-quality paints up to a level 5 finish.
