Duracrete Broadcast is a combination of Epotel GSC, a 100% solids epoxy high-performance liquid resin and Duracrete Broadcast Aggregate, a custom silica sand based aggregate blend to form an extremely durable, single colour, broadcasted epoxy mortar mixture. It is designed as a larger scale industrial floor overlay and can be used as a high strength mortar where a thick layer of epoxy is applied and a special broadcast aggregate is broadcasted into the wet coating to form a tough, abrasion resistant coating.
- Extremely durable, highly abrasion resistant
- Seamless
- 100% solids, VOC free resins
- Proprietary, tightly packed, easy to apply sand mixture
- Can be hand or power troweled
- Moisture insensitive during application and cure
- Will not support growth of fungus or bacteria
- Easy to clean and to maintain
- CFIA approved, USDA accepted
Duracrete Broadcast System is used to protect concrete which will be exposed to heavy mechanical abuse and mild chemical attack while providing aggressive slip resistance for added safety. It is best used for heavy traffic industrial, commercial and industrial flooring applications where high abrasion resistance and durability is required. It can also be used as a larger scale floor repair mortar.
